Site Agent/Earthworks Manager
Job Location: Birmingham

Inform3 are currently working alongside a top civils contractor carrying out major work on the HS2 project in Birmingham.
They are currently seeking a Site Agent/Earthworks manager for heavy civil works on the project. The successful candidate will lead the earthworks and remediation element of the project to delivery safely, on time & within budget.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of works managers on site to ensure they direct works to be carried out safely and in accordance with the specification
- Produce RAMS for the works and review their efficacy regularly
- Manage engineering staff to ensure quality records are compiled in accordance with the clients specification
- Review designs received and distribute to site engineers accordingly
- Direct works in accordance with the project program
- Keep up to date records for works undertaken
- Management of permits & monitoring of compliance
- Manage fleet of machine control equipped mobile plant (desirable)
Job Specification:
- Civils experience, preferably heavy civils works.
- Confident in managing site teams
- Ability to adapt and work to deadlines
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Full driving license
