Job Location: North Dublin

Inform3 are currently seeking a Site Agent/Junior Project Manager for a top civil contractor who are working a large civil project in North Dublin.

They are seeking a Site Agent/Junior Project Manager with a civils background, preferably on heavier civil projects.

They are offering a strong salary for the role & have a range of work on a variety of projects that the candidate can move onto after including; infrastructure, commercial, industrial and residential.

 

Site Agent / Junior Project Manager Job Requirements:

  • Report into the Contracts Managers
  • Oversee the development of each project
  • Select and Coordinate Subcontractors
  • Select Plant, Machinery and Equipment
  • Manage all site teams, communicating and motivating staff to complete work to the highest standard
  • Liaise with the Health & Safety Team, ensuring any requirements are met  
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed, complied and processed for reporting and actioning  
  • Continuously check on quality standards on site
  • Maintain maximum cost effectiveness
  • Coordinate and manage daily site meetings
  • Attend Senior Management Meetings
  • Resolve any emergencies

 

Site Agent / Junior Project Manager Job Specification:

  • 2 - 5 years management experience
  • Experience in managing multiple civil teams and projects
  • Highly organised
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Fantastic communicator
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
  • Full Driving License
