Site Agent – Dublin

 

INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Site Agent, for utility projects based in Dublin. The client is a well-known Civil Engineering Contractor with quite a number of years in the industry. The client is extremely organised and motivated, they have been commended on their attention to detail and quality workmanship. The successful candidate will need to be confident in managing staff and have great experience on working on civil projects.

The Site Agent should have experience in groundworks, earthworks, utilities, drainage etc.

 

Site Agent Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Project / Contracts Manager
  • Manage and organise the site team daily, ensuring tasks are planned ahead and coordinated with the team
  • Provide structural and technical support
  • Be present for site meetings when appropriate, updating management on site progress
  • Regularly record site development and maintain site paperwork
  • Ensure production on site is retained at the highest level of quality
  • Conduct inspections to ensure internal and external investigations are passed
  • Maintain Health & Safety throughout site
  • Coordinate Plant, Equipment and Materials, ensuring they are fit for purpose and used correctly
  • Manage materials and waste, ensuring they are transported safely
  • Liaise with the Client when appropiate

 

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Civil Engineer or Construction Management Degree
  • 5 + years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of civils practices
  • Experience of managing civils teams
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Full Driving license
