Site Agent – Northern Ireland
INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Site Agent, for projects based in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will work for a Civil Engineering Contractor with a number of years’ experience in the construction industry. The client is seeking Site Agent to supervise Engineers and Site Staff, and ensuring the project reaches targets and deadlines.
The Site Agent should have experience in roads, groundworks, earthworks, utilities, drainage etc.
Site Agent Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Senior Management on a daily and weekly progress
- Manage and organise the site team, ensuring tasks are planned ahead and coordinated with the team
- Coordinate and conduct site meetings when appropriate, updating management on site progress
- Complete site development paperwork
- Maintain production on site
- Conduct inspections to ensure internal and external investigations are passed
- Maintain Health & Safety throughout site
- Coordinate Plant, Equipment and Materials, ensuring they are fit for purpose and used correctly
- Manage materials and waste, ensuring they are transported safely
- Complete any other duties
Site Agent Qualifications/Experience:
- Civil Engineer Background / Management Background
- 5 + years’ experience in a similar role
- Good working knowledge of civils practices
- Experience of managing civils teams
- Confident in using Microsoft Office
- Full Driving license
