Site Agent – Kildare

 

INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Site Agent, for a large civil project in Kildare. The client has over 20 years of experience and knowledge within the Civil Engineering Industry. The client is extremely organised and motivated, they have been commended on their attention to detail and quality workmanship. The successful candidate will need to be confident in managing staff and have experience in working on utilities, roads and general civils projects.

 

Site Agent Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Senior Management team in regards to site activity
  • Manage Junior members of the site team, motivating them and leading by example
  • Coordinate the site team, ensuring they action their tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Manage the plant, machinery and materials
  • Ensure any waste is managed appropriately  
  • Plan and attend site meetings, discussing any potential barriers or problems and how to resolve them
  • Maintain the site diary
  • Ensure production on site is retained at the highest quality
  • Ensure Health & Safety is adhered too at all times and conduct site inspections
  • Liaise with the Client, ensuring their needs are met
  • Traffic Management
  • Complete any other relevant duties, as and when required

 

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Civil Engineer Background
  • 5 + years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the management of civil teams
  • Confident in use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Numeracy skills
  • Excellent Communication and Organisational skills
  • Full Driving license
