Site Agent
Job Location: Berkshire - England
Sector: Civils
Inform3 are currently seeking a Site Agent to get on board with a Tier 1 contractor for a new highway/structure project in the Berkshire area.
Our client is seeking a Site Agent with a civils background with at least 5 years+ experience taking ownership over complex civils projects, ideally experience delivering highway/structure projects.
This is a permanent/salary based position - flights/accommodation will be provided if required.
Site Agent Requirements:
- Assume overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects
- Coordinate various site teams and sub-contractors
- Ensure health and safety procedures and protocols are adhered to
- Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised
- Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, risk assessments, method statements, site waste management plans are in line with Company procedures
- Produce and manage the project programme
- Encourage and coach team members to develop their skills
Site Agent Specification:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience, preferably on road/structure projects
- Experience of D&B works
- Ability to manage self delivery of works
- Experience of managing NEC and associated change control
- Highly organised and motivated
- Competent on Microsoft Office.
- Full driving license
