Site Agent – NI and ROI

 

INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Site Agent, for utilities projects based in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The client is a leader within the civil engineering industry in Ireland and has over 40 years of knowledge, skills and experience. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing staff and operating within utilities sites.

The client requires a Site Agent with experience in Water and/or Utilities.

 

 

Site Agent Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Senior Management on daily and weekly progress
  • Coordinate with the on-site construction team on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete
  • Attend sit progress meetings when appropriate
  • Ensure development is made and recorded in the site diary
  • Monitor and control the quality of production
  • Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure 
  • Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed
  • Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
  • Check plant and equipment to ensure that it is safe and able to provide the work required
  • Management of Materials and Waste

 

 

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5 + years’ experience in a similar role
  • Engineering Background
  • Good working knowledge of civils practices and regulations
  • Experience of managing civils teams
  • Confident in using Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Excellent organisational communication skills
  • Driving license
