Job Location: Dublin Port
Sector: Civil
INFORM3 are currently recruiting for Site Agents for a large Civils Contractor undertaking a large project in Dublin Port. Previously marine experience is a must.
The successful candidates will join a highly-reputable and fast-growing Civils Contractor that has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. The client is seeking candidates with strong civil backgrounds and proven experience leading civil teams and managing projects from conception to completion.
Site Agent Requirements:
- Assume overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects
- Deliver the work safely, without environmental incidents and to the specified quality without defects
- Manage subcontractors and provide direct instruction and support as necessary such that contractual arrangements are achieved
- Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised
- Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, risk assessments, method statements, site waste management plans are in line with Company procedures
- Produce and manage the project programme
- Encourage and coach team members to develop their skills
Site Agent Specification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years Industry experience esp marine
- Experience on organising men and ordering materials
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- The ability to lead, manage and proactively participate in project teams
- Full Driving License
