Site and Senior Engineers – West & South Dublin
INFORM3 are looking to appoint Site & Senior Engineers for groundworks projects in South and West Dublin. The successful candidates will work for a well-known Civil Engineering Contractor with a great number of years of skills, experience and knowledge within the Construction Industry. The client is seeking Engineers with experience in setting out and working on projects involving groundworks.
Site and Senior Engineers Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Senior Site Management Team
- Complete regular checks on specifications and drawings
- Complete setting out duties
- Coordinate Direct and Sub-Contractor site teams
- Coordinate Plant, Machinery and Equipment
- Order in materials when needed
- Adhere to Health & Safety at all times whilst on site
- Ensure all works are completed to the highest standard
- Uphold company policies on site
- Regularly complete the Site Diary
- Assist in delivering Toolbox Talks
- Assist in staff site inductions
- Be present for site meetings and reviews
- Provide assistance with technical queries
- Liaise with Clients / Consultancies / Public when appropriate
Site and Senior Engineer Specification:
- Civil Engineer Degree
- 2 years plus experience in a similar position
- Knowledge and experience in Setting Out
- Previous experience working on projects involving groundworks, earthworks, roads and utilities
- Strong numeracy and IT skills including MS Office
- Strong Communicator
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Full driving licence
