Job Title – Site Clerk

Project – Residential Project

Job Location – Louth

Salary – €45,000 - €55,000

About the Company

Working for a very busy Building and Civils Contractor on a residential project in Drogheda. This is a full-time permanent role with at least 12 months work on this residential project.

The Role

• Inspecting construction work and comparing it to the planned specifications.
• Monitoring and checking the quality of building materials.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to the project manager, subcontractors and clients.
• Taking photos, samples and measurements of works.
• Checking that building regulations, H&S and legal requirements are adhered to.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as construction site clerk.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong sense of ownership.
