INFORM3 Construction recruitment on behalf of a main contractor are keen to speak with Site Clerks for full time work in Dublin

 

 

Job Title           Site Clerk

Job Location    South Dublin

Salary              €30,000 - €40,000

 

 

 

 

About the Company

Your new company is a commercial & residential developer and house builder with focus on the new builds market in Dublin and surrounding areas. They specialise in Residential, including suburban houses to high rise apartments. Over 40 years, becoming one of Irelands leading housing developers by their reputation and quality. Known for their employee satisfaction they are on the lookout for a site engineer to improve their team on site.

 

 

The Role

  • To provide a dynamic support and assistance service to colleagues in the site management team.
  • Meet, greet and deal with enquiries from, any visitors to the office or site.
  • Document control for the site management team.
  • Procurement of site materials and reporting to Head Office for the accounts related activities performed on site.
  • Maintaining site order book and reconciling orders with delivery dockets.
  • Co Ordinating deliveries in line with company policy.
  • Ensuring invoices and dockets are correct prior to going to Head Office.
  • Administering returns in accordance with Company policy
  • Responsibility for Site inductions of Subcontractors, operatives and managing relevant information in line with Company policy.
  • Undertaking data entry and back-up in line with company policy.
  • Monitor and control Health and Safety documentation from subcontractors.
  • Share responsibility for managing the Health and Safety of all on site.
  • Attend regular site meetings.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
  • Lead by good example.
