Site Coordinator - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Site coordinator / Foreman

Project – High Volume Residential

Job Location – Dublin Airport

Salary – €60,000 - €70,000 + vehicle  

About the Company

Specialist timber frame manufacturing company who supplies kits to big developers in North Leinster – they projects could be up to 400/500 units at a time.

They require a Site Coordinator to act as a representative for the company on these sites to ensure teams are erecting the kits on time and to a high standard.

They would look at someone with a carpentry/ roofing background who wants to come off the tools in a less hands-on role

A finishing foreman who has experience with timber frame housing would also be ideal.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the installation of timber frame kits on a high-volume housing development
• Act as a point of contact for the GC, direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Report into and support the Project Manager and Main Contractor
• Oversee and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
• Managing sub-contractors, trades and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high and works are completed on time and within budget.  
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.

Requirements

• Ideally a strong Carpentry/ Roofing Trade Background
• Must have experience with Timber Frame Housing
• Strong IT, reporting, communication skills
