About the Company
Inform3 has a new opportunity for a Site Engineer to work in the Antrim Area. The medium sized construction company requires a setting out engineer to oversee all structures and relevant engineering works on the site. They will provide the successful site Engineer a long-term career opportunity solely working in Northern Ireland.
The company is looking to add an Engineer with around 2-3 years' experience and proficient in the application/use of GPS, robotic total stations & AutoCAD. Competitive salary with a Van & Fuel.
The Role
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in in the planning and construction of the project.
- Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager/ Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
Requirements
- HND / Degree Qualification in Engineering
- Must have at least 1 years’ experience post graduate with a main contractor setting out for commercial projects.
- Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
