Site Engineer / Manager

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer to work on a RC Frame building project in Dublin City West. The construction company has over 40 years' experience building large scale commercial projects throughout Ireland. Due to recent success in being awarded further works in the City West, they require a Senior Site Engineer / Manager to oversee the project valued at €10M+. With the Contractor Site Engineers perform a technical, organisational and supervisory role on their construction projects. To be successful in this role the senior site engineer will have the technical expertise as well as well-rounded communication, teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills. You will have a strong attention to detail and be confident in your ability to produce accurate and cost-effective results, within strict deadlines. Highly competitive salary with strong package.

Site Engineer Responsibilities;

• Preparation of risk assessments and method statements
• Review project specifications and drawings
• Represent and contribute at meetings/briefings
• Record, report on and schedule works and programmes
• Oversee quality control and health and safety standards

Site Engineer Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Engineering degree or higher education on Engineering
• Minimum 1 years setting out experience on project over €3M
• Proven technical experience and knowledge
• Construction background
• MS Office software, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
