Site Engineer – Dublin
INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Site Engineer, RC frame and Groundworks projects in North and West Dublin. The client is a Civil Engineering Contractor that is expanding rapidly within the industry and has a highly knowledgeable and experienced team. The client is seeking a Site Engineer with experience in working on groundworks, foundations, concrete, earthworks and preferably RC experience.
Site Engineer Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Project Manager and Site Management Team
- Complete Setting Out on site
- Check the Site Drawings and specifications
- Be the point of contact for technical queries on site
- Assist in managing the various site teams
- Assist in managing Plant, Machinery, Equipment and Materials
- Be aware of the company's policies regarding quality and Health & Safety
- Record site progress in the site dairy
- Conduct regular Toolbox Talks
- Conduct regular Health and Safety Briefings
- Ensuring all staff receive site inductions
- Attend Site meetings with the wider team
- Order in materials when needed
Site Engineer Specification:
- Civil Engineer Degree
- 2 years’ plus experience
- Setting Out experience
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
- Experience in generally Civils projects and preferably RC
- Strong numeracy skills
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence
