Site Engineer – Dublin
INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Site Engineer, for civil projects in North Dublin. The client is a Civil Engineering Contractor that is expanding rapidly within the industry and has a highly knowledgeable and experienced team. The client is seeking a Site Engineer with great knowledge & experience on setting out, supervising site teams and working on a variety of civil projects.
Site Engineer Responsibilities:
- Report into Senior Site Management
- Complete Setting Out and Surveying
- Regular check the Site Drawings and Site Specifications
- Be on hand for any technical queries
- Assist in managing direct staff and sub-contractors through effective communication
- Assist in the onloading & offloading of Plant, Machinery and Equipment on site
- Comply with the company’s policy regarding quality workmanship
- Complete Site Paperwork and the Site Diary daily
- Conduct Toolbox Talks and Health and Safety Briefings
- Ensuring all staff receive full site inductions
- Be present for site meetings, ensuring that issues arising on site are discussed and amended
- Comply with Health & Safety policies and procedures
Site Engineer Specification:
- Civil Engineer Degree
- 2 years’ plus experience
- Setting Out and Surveying Experience
- Experience in working on groundworks, earthworks, drainage, landscaping projects
- Confident in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communicator
- Full Driving License
