Job Title: Site Engineer
Job Location: Cork
Sector: Residential / Health
Salary: €45k - €55k
About the Company
Medium-sized builder with 4-5 projects running in Cork with a combined value of €35m. Primarily carry out projects for the residential sector with this particular project being for the residential and health sector. Would work on projects of up to €15m. Transport will be provided.
The Role
- Produce Temporary and Permanent Works designs for new build commercial project
- Setting Out
- Supporting Site Managers
- Managing Submittals/RFI
- Provide feedback to onsite personnel
- Ensure safety on the site at all times, while making sure others on site are aware of rules
- Engage fully in the process of determining, agreeing and delivering site start programmes and development programmes within agreed timescales
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Job Requirements
- 3 yrs experience as a Site Engineer
- Experience in main contracting
- Must come from a trades background
- Must be able to set out
