Inform3 are recruiting for a Munster based main contractor with a positive record in regard to clients and employees. Involved in projects up to €30m in value.
The role would initially involve working on a residential project in Cork however in the long-term the Company offer a wide range of projects including pharma, industrial, residential and commercial.
Job Title: Site Engineer
Job Location: Cork
Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 & Vehicle
Sector: Residential, Pharma, Commercial & Industrial
The Role
- Set out on both groundworks & structural aspects of the project using Total Station, GPS & automatic levels
- Organise drawings
- Resolve any technical issues that may arise
- Liaise with subbies, project site team & design team
- Keep track of materials, plant & logistics
- Conduct QA procedures, concrete pour checks & RFIs
- Maintain an excellent standard of Health & Safety onsite
Job Requirements
- Third level Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience with robotic total station, GPS and levelling
- Excellent IT skills are required – MS Products, AutoCAD, Revit etc.
