Your new company… Busy Building Contractor looking Site Engineers for Full time / permanent positions on High Rise Residential Project in South Dublin. The contactor has a history of fit out however in the last 10 or so years they have moved into principal contractors in the construction industry, and taken on projects ranging from €3M - €40M.
Job Title Site Engineer
Job Location South Dublin
Salary €50,000 - €60,000
The Role
- Reporting to Site Manager / Project Manager
- Lead engineer on site
- Levelling the site and setting out using Robotic total stations
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
- liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
- Assist with General admin, management of all staff on site
- Able to carry out and instruct in Setting out and levelling the site
Requirements
- Setting out experience is essential with use of various equipment including GPS and total station etc
- Main contractor experience preferred but not essential
- 3rd level qualification in relevant field, or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Full understanding of design drawings
- Clean driving licence
- Full Safety Qualifications
- A can-do attitude
