Building contractor that operates in the Leinster area is currently looking to expand their team in Dublin and the surrounding areas. They have won projects in the educational sector and require a site engineer / foreman to lead the projects
Job Title Site Engineer
Job Location South Dublin
Salary €60,000 - €70,000
Project Education / Commercial
The Role
- Reporting to Project Manager
- Setting out as required
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
- liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
- Assist with General admin, management of all staff on site
- Excellent opportunity to progress in the company
Requirements
- Setting out experience is essential with use of various equipment including GPS and total station etc
- Main contractor experience preferred but not essential
- 3rd level qualification in relevant field, or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Full understanding of design drawings
