Site Engineer – Kerry & Limerick
INFORM3 are recruiting a Site Engineer to work on utility projects within Kerry & Limerick. The client is a large Civil Engineering Contractor known for having a hard working and highly informative team, delivering projects on-time and to a high specification. The client is expanding and interested to add an experienced Site Engineer with previous experience setting out, supervising site works and working towards deadlines.
Site Engineer Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Project Manager
- Analyse site drawings and specifications
- Complete setting out duties
- Supervise direct and specialist sub-contractor site staff providing technical and structural support when appropriate
- Coordinate Plant & Machinery
- Order in materials
- Complete all site works aligned with the company’s standards
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations
- Maintain the site diary and paperwork
- Conduct Toolbox Talks and Health & Safety Briefings
- Ensuring all staff receive full site inductions
- Be present for site meetings, ensuring that issues arising on site are discussed
- Provide regular updates for the Project Manager
Site Engineer Specification:
- Civil Engineer Degree
- 2-4 years plus experience
- Previous knowledge working on utility projects
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Strong Communicator
- Full driving licence
