Site Engineer
Job Location: Birmingham – England

Inform3 are recruiting for a top contractor that is carrying out a bulk of work on the HS2 project in Birmingham.
The right candidate will have 2+ years’ experience of civil projects, preferably heavier civils works..
You will be joining a multi-disciplinary project team, reporting directly to the Senior Engineer / Project Manager, delivering large-scale power projects and taking an active part with onsite activities.
This role requires that the individual be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, as well as possess excellent problem-solving, organisational and communication skills coupled with a high level of professionalism.

- Up to £40k+ base salary DOE

Job Requirements:
- Setting out the site in accordance with site drawings and specifications
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
- Accurately record site progress in the diary
- Provide technical and structural experience
- Comply with strict safety regulations
- Conduct Toolbox Talks
- Assist in managing the traffic on site
- Report to the Project Manager
Job Specification:
- 3+ years relevant experience.
- Setting out experience.
- Third level qualification in Engineering – Construction/Civil
- Highly organised and motivated
- Excellent IT skills with good working knowledge of AutoCAD (or similar) & MS Office
- Full driving license.
