Site Engineer Border Counties €50-65k
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Contractor with a portfolio of work to deliver in and around the Monaghan, Cavan, Leitrim & Fermanagh areas.
The successful candidate will be coordinating the construction activities and ensure that all MEICA services on each project run to schedule and budget. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil engineering ideally with experience delivering projects in the mechanical or electrical fields.
Responsibilities
- Managing the on-site day to day operations
- Scheduling weekly work programmes, recording and reviewing weekly progress reports Implementation of daily and weekly programmes together with the issue of programme details to sub-contractors.
- Enforce and adhere to H&S
- Ensuring that all site non-conformities are reported and resolve
- Risk management & identifying problems
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of Civil Engineering experience
- Familiarity managing Mechanical & Electrical installations
- Experience in the Water/utilities sector desirable
- Computer literate with knowledge of AutoCAD
- Clean driving licence
