Job Location – Waterford
Salary – €40,000 - €45,000
About the Company
A great opportunity for a junior/intermediate site engineer to find work outside of Dublin. A busy contractor around the South of Ireland is looking to recruit an engineer for work across a mix of residential and commercial projects.
The Role
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project
- Ensure all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Reporting to Site Manager
- Co-ordinate subcontractors work
- Maintain positive relationships with the Site Manager, subcontractors and site personnel
- Monitor facilities and analyse operational data
- Comply with safety regulations on all equipment and health and safety regulations of the site
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 years’ post-grad experience with main contractor
- Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
- Confident in your ability to work alongside other trades
