Inform3 are recruiting for a reputable main contractor with experience in many different industry sectors. Currently they are making a name for themselves in the Dublin market as they intend to expand.
This particular project is for the education sector and is valued around €10m. They require an engineer with at least two-years' experience to set out, read drawings, and work with sub-contractors. Strong site team on this project including a Project Manager, Foreman and Admin.
Project will also consist of an existing extension, roadworks, roundabout and drainage. The project will last until September with even more diverse projects scheduled for afterwards.

The Role
- Operate in a support capacity to the Site Management team
- Review and ensure all design documents so they are in line with project specifications
- Ensure all drawings and quantities are in line with project calculations
- Set out
- Liaising with all stakeholders, from client, architect, consultants, subcontractors, site management and workforce on site
- Effectively plan and co-ordinate works to be carried out on site
- Ensure H&S is of high standard
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Make sure quality of work on site meets the desired spec
- Plan work efficiently ensuring strict deadlines are met
Job Requirements
- Min Experience: 2 years in the role
- Experience planning and co-ordinating work
- Experience with QC and H&S an advantage
- Third level qualification relevant to construction, or a relevant trade qualification will be a distinct advantage.
- Full driving licence.
