Job Title – Site Engineer
Project – Educational
Job Location – Limerick
Salary – €40,000 - €50,000 + Vehicle
About the Company
Excellent opportunity to work with a very busy contractor across the South of Ireland. Contractor is currently working on several projects around Limerick and Clare – including refurb on a school which provides 15 months’ worth of work. Strong potential of continued work with the contractor.
The Role
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project
- Ensure all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Reporting to Site Manager
- Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
- Attend daily and or weekly meetings as instructed by management.
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-grad experience with main contractor.
- Confident in your ability to work alongside other trades
- Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination
