Salary – €40,000 - €50,000
About the Company
Excellent opportunity to work in the West of Ireland for an active and reputable building contractor. Contractor is currently working on several projects around Limerick and surrounding area – including refurbishments on several schools in the area. Great opportunity for continued work in the Southwest of Ireland.
The Role
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project
- Ensure all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Reporting to Site Manager
- Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
- Attend daily and or weekly meetings as instructed by management.
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-grad experience with main contractor.
- Confident in your ability to work alongside other trades
- Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination
