Job Title –Site Engineer
Project – Residential
Job Location – Dublin
Salary – €45,000 - €55,000
About the Company
Great opportunity to work for one of the busiest contractors based in Connaught. The contractor is on the lookout for a Site Engineer to work in the Dublin area. They are commencing works on a social housing development in Dublin. Contractor currently working all over Ireland – promotes great chance of continued work with the contractor.
The Role
- Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards
- Provide Technical support to the Project Team
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project
- Ensure all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Ensure safety on the site at all times, while making sure others on site are aware of rules
- Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.

Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as site engineer for main contractor
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
- Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
