Job Title – Site Engineer
Project – Commercial
Job Location – Galway
Salary – €35,000 - €45,000
About the Company
A great opportunity has come in to work for a busy contractor in the West of Ireland. Site Engineer with at least 2 years’ post-grad experience is required. Possibilities of working on future projects with this contractor as they are very busy in the Mayo and Galway area.
The Role
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project
- Ensure all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Reporting to Site Manager
- Maintain positive relationships with the Site Manager, subcontractors and site personnel
- Monitor facilities and analyse operational data
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-grad experience with main contractor
- Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
- Confident in your ability to work alongside other trades
