Job Title – Site Engineer
Project – Mixed Commercial and Residential Projects
Job Location – Limerick
Salary – €35,000 - €45,000
About the Company
The opportunity for a Site Engineer to find work in the south of Ireland across mixed commercial and residential projects. The role will involve setting out duties and will require 2+ years’ experience but provides the opportunity for work across multiple projects. Contractor is active all over Munster.
The Role
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project
- Ensure all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Reporting to Site Manager
- Maintain positive relationships with the Site Manager, subcontractors and site personnel
- Monitor facilities and analyse operational data
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-grad experience with main contractor
- Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
- Confident in your ability to work alongside other trades
