Rightpath Construction Recruitment is working with a Market leading building and civil engineering company who have the requirement for a Site Engineer. This award-winning company is highly regarded in the industry for their excellent staff retention and will provide an ambitious Site Engineer the opportunity to further their career whilst working on an excellent salary and package. With this opportunity the Site Engineer will be reporting to the Project Manager and will oversee a considerable section on a City Centre Landmark project. A Site Engineer with RC Frame experience would be at an advantage.

Site Engineer Criteria

• Strong Engineering experience
• IT and standard industry software skills
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a team

Site Engineer Duties

• Overseeing Junior Site Engineers
• Management of Sub-Contract and Direct Staff
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Chair and participate in Management meetings
• Providing specialist technical leadership
