Job Title – Site Engineer
Project – Residential - Apartments
Job Location – Dublin
Salary – €45k - €65k
About the Company
A fantastic opportunity for site engineers to work for a Tier 2 contractor in Dublin City Centre on high-rise apartments. Project valued at around €50 million. Experience working with RC Frames is essential.
The Role
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations
- Liaise with and manage sub-contractors and personnel on site
- Drive and motivate site personnel to ensure high levels of productivity and ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
- Liaise with the design team to carry out works and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain positive working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an engineering role.
- Experience of working on RC Frames with main contractor is essential due to the nature of the project
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office
