Role: Site Engineer
Location: Co. Louth/Dublin
Project: Residential Project
Salary: €60-70K
INFORM3 currently have an exciting opportunity to work on an interesting project with a fast-growing contractor who work in the Industrial, Commercial and Domestic Construction sectors, throughout Ireland and UK.
The role is with a busy Main Contractor with a constant stream of work and would be ideal for an engineer who wants to move into a management position in the near future!
You will be provided with access to a company vehicle and fuel card in order to travel to site.
Duties Include:
- Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in in the planning and construction of the project.
- Management of Site Resources & take the lead on all associated packages.
- Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
- Provide Supervision and Engineering Management on a range of projects different Residential projects.
- Manage a team of engineers to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
- Ensure all drawings are in line with the Construction drawings.
Criteria Required:
- A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Site Management.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD & 3D Modelling Packages.
- Experience in Precast Concrete Residential Projects.
- Experience in Irish Water Regulations & Compliance Legislations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full Clean Drivers Licence.
