About the Company:
One of the largest developers is ever growing and taking on new projects. Our client here at INFORM3 are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to come on board and join their new project starting in Drogheda, Co. Louth for 2024.
This project will be 140 units of Housing valued around €40-50m and are looking the ideal candidate that has 5+ years’ experience with a main contractor working on Timber Frame houses.

The Role:
- Reviewing all setting out and levelling the site.
- Comply with safety regulations on all equipment.
- Candidates must possess ability to work on own initiative.
- Accurate record keeping and ability to interpret drawings and specifications essential.
- Give valuable feedback of selection of site personnel, subcontractors etc.
- Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors and consultants and ensure all requirements are actioned.
- Encourage safety on site and comply with company procedures and ensure the work is to a good standard without snags.
- Liaise with management on site.
Job Requirements:
- A Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ post experience, preferably with a building contractor.
- Able to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clean driver’s license.
