Job Title: Site Engineer
Job Location: Sligo
Sector: Residential
Salary: €45,000 - €60,000
The Role
- Responsible for supporting the management team with day to day running of the site.
- Liaising with consultants/sub-contractors/quantity surveyors and general workforce.
- Responsible for setting out and levelling of site.
- Examining plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Attending regular site meetings with project team.
- Handling technical queries when necessary.
- Show understanding of infrastructure for services on residential projects.
- Maintain weekly works progress reports.
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience desirable
- Residential experience preferred
- Setting out experience is essential with use of various equipment including GPS and total station etc
- 3rd level qualification in relevant field, or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Full understanding of design drawings
- Clean driving licence
