Site Engineer – Denmark
INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Site Engineer, for a project in Denmark. The client is a civil engineer company with a vast number of years in the industry. They are currently experiencing great growth year on year due to their values of hard work and determination. The client is seeking a Site Engineer for a fantastic opportunity in Denmark to which the candidate will be required to undertake surveying, setting out and site supervision work while keeping records of all site activities.
Site Engineer Responsibilities:
- Report and liaise with the Site Management Team on a regularly basis
- Manage materials and waste efficiently and effectively
- Planning, procurement and coordination of labour, materials, and plant
- Manage and lead Junior Engineers
- Understanding company policies with regard to quality and ensuring these are implemented at every level of works
- Ensure quality requirements from specifications and drawings are met
- Keeping up to date site diaries and paperwork
- Conducting Toolbox Talks and Health and Safety Briefings
- Ensuring all staff receive full site inductions and briefings
- Ensure staff comply with H&S procedures
- Hold and attend meetings with the Site Team
- Provide regular updates for the Site Management Team
Candidate Specification:
- Civil Engineer background
- 4 plus years’ experience in a similar role
- Setting out knowledge
- Excellent organizational communication skills
- Team player, who has the ability to self-start and work independently
- Full driving licence
