Inform3 are recruiting for a reputable main contractor who are active in the midlands on residential projects. This particular project will consist of almost 100 timber-frame houses. It is currently at enabling works stage and is set to last 2.5 years. Company will have further projects in the area afterwards.
You will have the support of an excellent Project Management team on site fulltime including a Project Manager, Site Manager and Site Supervisor. The role will also give you the chance to work alongside electricity, groundworks and water utility sub-contractors.
Job Title: Site Engineer

Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 & pension
The Role
- Responsible for supporting the management team with day to day running of the site.
- Liaising with consultants/sub-contractors/quantity surveyors and general workforce.
- As an engineer you will be responsible for setting out and levelling of site.
- Handle BCAR
- Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Attend regular site meetings with project team.
- Handle technical queries when necessary.
- Maintain weekly works progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 year engineering experience on site - setting out and surveying.
- Must be confident in supervising site works.
- Possess the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Excel/word and knowledge of Micro Survey Cad an advantage.
