Inform3 are recruiting for a main contractor who are increasingly active in the Leinster region. They require a Site Engineer on a high-end luxury residential development comprising 15 houses. The project is due to break ground in May and run 18-24 months.
The role will involve working closely with the Site Manager as the number two on site. This is a great role for those hoping to progress towards site/project management as this is something this Company can offer at a steady pace.

Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 with Vehicle & Fuel
The Role
- Responsible for supporting the Site Manager with day to day running of the site.
- Liaising with consultants/sub-contractors/quantity surveyors and general workforce.
- As an engineer you will be responsible for setting out and levelling of site.
- Handle BCAR
- Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Attend regular site meetings with project team.
- Handle technical queries when necessary.
- Maintain weekly works progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 year engineering experience on site - setting out and surveying.
- Residential experience preferred.
- Must be confident in supervising site works.
- Possess the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Excel/word and knowledge of Micro Survey Cad an advantage.
