Site Engineer – Wexford


INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Site Engineer, working on a number of Civils projects in Wexford. The successful candidate will work on behalf of a client who has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and is continually expanding and growing. The client has strong values in always placing pride in their projects and putting the best foot forward. The client is seeking a Site Engineer with experience in setting out and surveying, working on large civil projects.


Site Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular updates on the progress of works to Senior Management
  • Responsibility for overseeing structure activity and staff
  • Setting out and Surveying daily on site
  • Assist in managing, leading and motivating the site team
  • Assist in the management of health and safety on site
  • Understanding company policies with regard to quality
  • Understand quality requirements from specifications and drawings
  • Carry out and record quality inspections
  • Keep up to date site diaries and paperwork
  • Conducting Toolbox Talks
  • Ensuring all staff receive full site inductions and briefings
  • Ensure competence of staff
  • Hold and/or attend regular review/updating meetings with the wider team



Candidate Specification:

  • Civil Engineer background
  • 2 plus years’ experience in a similar position
  • Ability to be a self-starter
  • Full driving licence
  • Setting out knowledge
  • Excellent Numeracy and Microsoft Office Skills
