Job Title – Site Engineer
Job Location – Wexford
Salary - €50,000 - €55,000 (company vehicle to be provided)
About the Company
Main contractor involved with projects across all sectors such as commercial and residential. They have worked on projects up to €30M and would operate across Leinster. They are seeking a site engineer for a full-time role in Wexford. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to progress their career with the contractor.
The Role
- Report to Senior Engineer / Site Manager
- Inspect facilities and analyse operational data
- liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
- Be responsible for all the engineering aspects and surveying on the site.
- Able to carry out and instruct in Setting out and levelling the site
- Comply with safety regulations on all equipment and health and safety regulations of the site
- Accurate record keeping and ability to interpret drawings and specifications essential
- Assist with General admin, management of all staff on site
- Maintain good working relationship with the Site Manager
- Co-ordinate subcontractors work
Requirements
- 4+ Yrs experience essential
- Setting out - must be capable with experience in Total station and GPS
- 3rd level qualification in relevant field, or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Full understanding of design drawings
- Clean driving licence
- Full Safety Qualifications
