Job Location – Co Down
Salary - £35k - £45k
About the Company
Extremely reputable house builder going strong for over 40 years. They are on the lookout for a Site Engineer with excellent residential experience to join their team in Co Down. This is a long-term project
The Role
- Reporting to Site Manager / Project Manager
- Setting out Foundations, drainage, manholes etc
- Could be dealing with up to 80 houses at the one time.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
- liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
- Assist with General admin, management of all staff on site
Requirements
- Engineering experience with residential projects
- Main contractor experience preferred but not essential
- 3rd level qualification in relevant field, or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Full understanding of design drawings
