SITE ENGINEER
Location: Cork
Sector: Residential – Housing & Apartments
Salary: €80,000–€90,000 + Excellent Benefits
INFORM3 are recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a fantastic specialist subcontractor working alongside Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors on major residential projects across Cork.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting out and surveying works
- Checking drawings, levels and specifications
- Coordinating with site teams and main contractors
- Quality control and site inspections
- Monitoring works and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the project management team
Requirements
- 3+ years’ Site Engineering experience
- Strong setting out experience
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
- Experience on housing/apartment projects desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Relevant engineering/construction qualification
