About the Company
Main building contractor that operates throughout the whole of the Island of Ireland is currently looking to expand their team in Dublin and the surrounding areas. They have won a large education contract which long term work for the successful individual
The Role
- Reporting to Site Manager / Project Manager
- Levelling the site and setting out using Robotic total stations. Another Engineer will be on site
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
- liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
- Assist with General admin, management of all staff on site
- Able to carry out and instruct in Setting out and levelling the site
- Excellent opportunity to progress in the company
Requirements
- Setting out experience is essential with use of various equipment including GPS and total station etc
- Main contractor experience preferred but not essential
- 3rd level qualification in relevant field, or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Full understanding of design drawings
