Job Title – Site Engineer
Job Location – South Down
Salary - £30k - £40k
About the Company
Main Building Contractor specialising in Large Residential Projects. They would work right across Northern Ireland. They are well known for their low turnover of staff and employee privileges.
The Role
- Reporting to Site Manager
- Assisting site managers with sub-contractors, labourers etc
- Setting out Foundations, drainage, manholes, corner of houses etc
- Dealing with multiple units at any one time
- liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
Requirements
- Engineering experience with residential projects
- Main contractor experience preferred but not essential
- 3rd level qualification in relevant field, or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Full understanding of design drawings
