Rightpath Construction Recruitment is delighted to announce an opportunity for a Site Engineer to oversee the Engineering work on a New Build Project in North Dublin. The company is a medium sized builder and has continued to steadily grow over the last 30 years in operation.

The Contractor is seeking a Site Engineer who is capable of overseeing a steel frame structure along with additional car park and utilities work. The project is a €4M retail unit and the company requires the site engineer on the project from start through to completion. With the Contractor Site Engineers perform a technical, organisational and supervisory role on their construction projects. Attractive salary and package on offer.

Site Engineer Responsibilities include;

• Setting out of steel frame
• Preparation of risk assessments and method statements
• Review project specifications and drawings
• Represent and contribute at meetings/briefings
• Record, report on and schedule works and programmes
• Oversee quality control and health and safety standards

Site Engineer Desirable Skills/Experience:

• BSc in Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
• Proven technical experience and knowledge
• Construction background
• MS Office software, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
