Site Engineers – Greater Belfast
INFORM3 are seeking Site Engineers to join a Civils Contractor working on a number of railways, public realm and industrial projects across the Greater Belfast area. The successful candidates will join a client that is well-known throughout the industry for the specialist knowledge and skills. The client requires Site Engineers that has a year or more experience in setting out and experience working on civil projects.
Site Engineers Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Project Manager
- Review Site Drawings and Specifications
- Complete setting out duties with great accuracy
- Provide technical and structural support to the site team
- Assist in arranging Plant, Machinery and Equipment
- Order in materials, paying particular attention to stock levels on site
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, aligned with the company’s policies
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations
- Attend Site Meetings providing any relevant updates on site works
- Complete site inductions and briefings
- Carry out toolbox talks
- Complete the site diary and paperwork
- Provide reports to the Project Manager
Site Engineers Specification:
- Civil Engineer or Construction Management Degree
- 1 year or more relevant experience
- Previous experience setting out
- Able to working within a team and individually
- Ambitious and driven
- Organised and Strong Communicator
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence
