Site Engineers – Dublin
INFORM3 are recruiting for Site Engineers to join a busy Civils Contractor working on industrial units, railways and the airport in Dublin. The client is recruiting due to continued growth, they are well known for their excellent reputation and their highly skilled teams.
The successful candidates must have a Civil Engineer or Construction Management degree and previous experience working on civil projects.
Site Engineers Responsibilities:
- Report into the Project Manager
- Regularly review site drawings and specifications
- Complete setting out duties
- Coordinate site staff through effective communication
- Coordinate Plant, Machinery and Equipment
- Order in material, ensuring a healthy stock on site
- Complete site works aligned with Health & Safety regulations
- Adhere to the company’s quality standards
- Attend Site Meetings
- Complete Toolbox talks and Health & Safety Briefings
- Carry out site inductions
- Liaise with Clients / Consultancies / the Public
- Coordinate traffic on and off site
- Provide regular reports for the Project Manager
Site Engineers Specification:
- Civil Engineer or Construction Management Degree
- 1-4 years plus experience
- Confident individual with excellent communication skills
- Excellent Numeracy skills
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Previous experience setting out
- Knowledge and experience on a variety of civil projects
- Full driving licence
