Job Title – Site Foreman

Project – Residential and Commercial construction

Job Location - Dublin

Salary – €55k - €65k

About the Company

An exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company on residential and commercial projects in Dublin starting soon this is a permanent full-time position.

The Role

• Plan daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of materials, completing daily site diary and relevant weekly paperwork in accordance with company policy.
• Day to day management and supervision of operations on site as well as managing labour and subcontractors and all personnel on site.
• Ensure Health and Safety practices are adhered to.
• Help manage project in line with the agreed production targets.
• Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations.
• Attendance and reporting at site meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification.
• Strong sense of ownership over projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
