Site Foreman – Dublin

INFORM3 are seeking to appoint a Site Foreman for roads and general civil projects in Dublin. The successful candidate will work for a client with heavy experience in the Civil Engineering industry and extremely busy. The client has great knowledge and experience within the industry and is continually growing. They have always received great response from their clients upon each of their projects.

The successful candidate will need to be an experienced Site Foreman who has managed site teams and has great knowledge of a variety of civil projects.

Site Foreman Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Project Manager
• Plan site works in accordance with the Project Plan
• Manage and coordinate site teams
• Control Plant, Machinery and Equipment
• Carry out checks on Plant and Machinery
• Order in materials
• Complete site paperwork
• Attend and coordinate Site Meetings
• Complete site inductions
• Ensure the site is safe to complete works
• Ensure all site staff adhere to health & safety
• Check the quality of site work ensuring it is at a high standard
• Assist in emergency situations

Site Foreman Specification:

• Construction Management Background
• 5 years plus experience in relevant role
• Experience managing civil teams
• Experience working on a variety of civil projects
• Experience in heavy plant operations – desirable, not essential.
• Excellent communicator
• Full Driving License
