Job Title – Site Foreman

Job Location – Co Armagh

Salary - £35,000 - £45,000

About the Company

Excellent reputable main contractor that carries out signature projects within Northern Ireland. They have an immediate need for a Site Foreman for a large commercial project in Co Armagh. Immediate interviews for the right candidate

The Role

• Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Managing health and safety delivery on site
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
• Dealing with all health and safety issues on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years General Foreman
• Trades background
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
